How does mobile personal training works?
We make your life easier by bringing the workout to you, whether it's in the comfort of your own home (apartment gym), office gym, outdoor at a park, or at a specific fitness facility near you.

Do I need to own or bring any equipment?
No! You don't need anything but comfortable clothes, a mat, shoes and water. We bring all the equipment necessary to train you wherever you are. We'll also work with any equipment you or your building gym has. If you want to outfit your home with equipment, we can help you with that too!

We've worked with clientele of all ages, genders, backgrounds, goals, and fitness levels. We start you off at your fitness level.
What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics is a functional body weight training style that is exciting, unique and challenging. It is a universal form of exercise that is available for all fitness levels and appropriate for everyone. Calisthenics is very appealing due to its unique and incredible display.
How can I start doing calisthenics?
Mastering the basics is crucial. The basics include body weight movements such as pull ups, push ups, dips, and squats. Once having the basics mastered you must use proper form, technique, and progression exercises as well as having professional guidance.
How often can you do calisthenics?
Calisthenics consist of primary body weight training exercises, therefore, you are able to do it at most 6 days a week.
Can I get to my goals by doing just calisthenics?
Yes. Everything is about progressive overload, as long as you see an increase in sets, reps and weight load then the results will follow.
