How can I start doing calisthenics?
Mastering the basics is crucial. The basics include body weight movements such as pull ups, push ups, dips, and squats. Once having the basics mastered you must use proper form, technique, and progression exercises as well as having professional guidance.
How often can you do calisthenics?
Calisthenics consist of primary body weight training exercises, therefore, you are able to do it at most 6 days a week.
Can I get to my goals by doing just calisthenics?
Yes. Everything is about progressive overload, as long as you see an increase in sets, reps and weight load then the results will follow.
