I felt I've developed this skill set through the training and development of various fitness styles but mostly through calisthenics, beautiful strength. TANYA I.

I grew up overweight and during that time I tried to control my weight through over-exercising and under-eating; but I was never happy with how I looked. In 2014 I decided to learn how to workout and eat right. This was my first step to becoming a personal trainer. I’ve learned how to change my body, how to teach others to make life changing improvements and how to keep people injury free. I’ve helped many people change their lives and their relationship with food, and I will help you make incremental changes in your daily life so you can be fit for life!

Victor R.

I am a Health and Fitness Coach with over 12 years of experience training clients including athletes, desk jockeys, the elderly and everything in-between. Exercise is essential for living a well-balanced life and there is an inner-athlete in each person; My job is to motivate and unlock each individuals true potential. I love to incorporate functional training into my clients’ workouts and make adjustments tailored to each individuals experience and current fitness level so that each session is challenging, rewarding and also a learning experience. I am also a former Division I baseball player with a degree in Psychology. I enjoy working out, bouldering/rock climbing, and sharing his passion for fitness!

Fitness has been the change in my life that I needed. Not only has it helped my physically but mentally as well. Strength starts within the mind. With a strong mentality you can push the body past its physical capacities. Through hard work, consistency and discipline any goal is attainable. I’ve grown to be more confident and mentally strong as well as physically I am now determined to progress everyday. I have a passion to help and motivate others to attain any physical goal with a strong mentality.

I have always been into sports since a really young age but I was also exposed to wrong images such as skinny figures and size zero. I realized that fitness/training and a healthy lifestyle is #1 passion that also saved me from bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Through this personal experience I believe I can help others that going through the same path. I am now a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, competition coach and posing coach. I've competed in several NPC and WBFF shows in bikini division placing within top 4. My main goal is to be an advocate of fitness/nutrition and inspire/encourage people to get fit, healthy and strong through training and clean dieting.

A fit and healthy lifestyle didn't always come naturally to me. I know it sounds cliché but I've cultivated a lifestyle I'm proud of because of fitness. It's taught me to be patient about results and to be disciplined when motivation just isn't there. I've learned from both my mistakes and triumphs and I believe the right thing to do is to share that knowledge with as many people as possible.

I specialize in yoga and weight loss and have about 4 years of yoga experience which motivates me to teach others the different levels of this practice both physically and mindfully.
