Fitness has been the change in my life that has help shaped who I am today. Not only has it changed me physically but over all as a person through hard work, consistency and dedication. I've grown to be more confident and determined to achieve and progress day by day. Now I want to share my change with the world in an effort to help others change themselves for the best version they can be through health and fitness.

For me fitness and strength is first created within the mind. I believe with a strong and motivated mindset we can ultimately push our bodies beyond our physical capacity. I felt I've developed this skill set through the training and development of various fitness styles but mostly through calisthenics, beautiful strength. I have a passion to help, motivate and teach my experience and skill set with others to help them achieve any physical or mental goal.
I am originally from Boulder CO. From gymnastics, to dance, I found my way to yoga. Still a dancer, specializing in break dancing, I have put numerous hours into the transformation and understanding of how yoga can bring abundance into your life. I love anything to do with the body and have found a further understanding with my body that it isn't just what is on the outside but "whenever we lean into the discomfort of our mind, body, soul, or breathe, a release happens that makes space to experience joy!"
A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, I had a natural draw to the beautiful outdoors. My enthusiasm and drive for physical activity led me to suffer a shoulder injury during my sophomore year of high school during a competitive softball throw. Ironically, it was this injury and the ensuing rehab techniques that healed my injury and sparked my interest in personal training techniques, rehabilitative therapy, anatomy, and the importance of proper alignment of the body during training and physical activity. I’m a certified fitness trainer for 15 years with 7 fitness certifications (N.C.E.P., N.C.C.P.T., Mad Dogg spinning, TRX suspension training). Additionally, I am a certified stretch technician and holistic nutrition and have taken and performed Iyengar yoga w/my clients for 8 years. My specific techniques emphasize core training, functional training and sports-specific training. I have trained pregnant women throughout pregnancy, have successfully rehabbed shoulder, back and knee injuries, and enjoy training men and women of all ages, as well as kids.
NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Professional Dancer. I am a headliner at events such as Adidas, Fabletics, Gymshark, Six:02, PopSugar, CosmoBody, Racked LA, etc, and instruct some of the hardest and hottest new fitness classes. I like to get in touch and in tune with my clients, giving them an individualized and motivational experience that really takes your goals to the next level. You will be provided with a one of a kind, cutting-edge, custom fitness program that combines multiple fitness techniques, injury prevention, corrective exercises and even dance cardio. Because of my dance background, I utilize ballet barre elements, jazz technique, and plyometrics as well as weight training, super setting, High Intensity Interval Training, and TRX training to give you any kind of fitness style that makes you empowered and motivated to be your best self!
I am a Health and Fitness Coach with over 12 years of experience training clients including athletes, desk jockeys, the elderly and everything in-between. Exercise is essential for living a well-balanced life and there is an inner-athlete in each person; My job is to motivate and unlock each individuals true potential. I love to incorporate functional training into my clients’ workouts and make adjustments tailored to each individuals experience and current fitness level so that each session is challenging, rewarding and also a learning experience. I am also a former Division I baseball player with a degree in Psychology. I enjoy working out, bouldering/rock climbing, and sharing his passion for fitness!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer that brings a unique approach to help clients reach their individual goals. Whether it be Weight Loss, Strength Training, Conditioning, or working with Special Populations, I’m adept at tailoring each workout to whomever I am training. After working in the field of Graphic Design for over 15 years, I decided to make my passion for fitness a full-time endeavor. Not being satisfied with working hours on end in front of a computer, I felt that helping people to empower themselves through fitness was the right choice for me. I strive to provide my clients with a challenging, yet fun experience that yields results. I am also an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and hold the rank of Black belt.

I specialize in yoga and weight loss and have about 4 years of yoga experience which motivates me to teach others the different levels of this practice both physically and mindfully. After every session, I want to make sure my clients leave with a great workout done and a driven mindset. You need discipline and consistency if you want to reach your goals so that’s where I help and train you to keep pushing forward!
I have always been into sports since a really young age but I was also exposed to wrong images such as skinny figures and size zero. I realized that fitness/training and a healthy lifestyle is #1 passion that also saved me from bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Through this personal experience I believe I can help others that going through the same path. I am now a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, competition coach and posing coach. I've competed in several NPC and WBFF shows in bikini division placing within top 4. My main goal is to be an advocate of fitness/nutrition and inspire/encourage people to get fit, healthy and strong through training and clean dieting.
