FIT2FLY GROUP TRAINING/CLASSES

Fit2fly group training/classes consists of calisthenics exercises to help participants build strength, a great physique and long term health. Our group training/classes are fun, unique, challenging and will give the greatest workout you've ever experience.

We have designed programs to teach progressive calisthenics properly and efficiently from beginners to pro. We've been in the calisthenics bodyweight training field for over 8 years and have taught at several fitness facilities and events because of our expertise and knowledge.
